Erin got Baptized

This past weekend was a special one for me because I got to watch my hot wife get baptized at one of our weekend services. I was so proud of her as she got down into the tank and told our church why Jesus meant everything to her and how she wanted everyone to know how real he is and has been in her life. Erin was baptized at a young age, 11, and like so many young people, got roped into it because the speaker or pastor encouraged the act without a clear summary of what was actually taking place. Erin will tell you that she had know idea why or even what baptism was, she just knew a lot of her friends were doing it and thought she should too. This weekends decision to be baptized again (once and for all) came following a message Pastor Robbie did on the topic of Baptism and a Biblical explanation of the importance of it to the believer. Oh course, I cried, and was again so aware of the hand of God on Erin and my life as he led us to Harvest and blessed us with such a loving and caring group of friends to grow together towards glory.
Baptisms are a real exciting time at Harvest, because we get to see the church family testify to the grace of God in our lives. I saw 14 different people tell stories of how they were walking in the darkness of their sin, caught up in the world and then Jesus Christ allowed their eyes to be opened to the grace of God and his goodness. Each one exalting Christ for what HE did and how HE changed their hearts.
In conclusion, my wife is absolutely the hottest woman on the planet and I love her with all my heart and am so thankful for who she is in Christ . The end.
